About the Turkey Trot
The Warren Kiwanis Club is planning the 48th Annual Turkey Trot to take place on Thanksgiving morning, Thursday, November 26, 2026. Turkey Trot is a running event featuring a 5-Mile race, a 2-Mile race, and a 1K fun race for kids. This year, we hope to grow our participants and live up to our reputation as one of the premier amateur runs in the region.
The Turkey Trot is the principle fundraiser of the Warren Kiwanis Club. The club raises funds each year for the purpose of supporting non-profit projects in Warren and Trumbull County that reflect the Kiwanis mission to change the world one child and one community at a time.
During last year’s Turkey Trot, Warren Kiwanis raised nearly $20,000 which will be used to provide scholarships to deserving area high school Key Club graduates and to provide local community grants to benefit children in our community.
